Sound is the beginning of every universe, and every new life.
The pulse of the mother's heartbeat, the resonance of her voice, the song in her heart as she surrenders to the great unknown. These frequencies are the foundation of the structures that carry us for the rest of our lives.

In a three-part workshop series, we summon three original songs from the depths of our beings: a song for the mother, a chant for the birth, and a song for the baby. 

This process can bring focus, expansion, empowerment, nourishment, and integration to growing families
