The Nectar Recipe:
We begin with an improvised "Soup" to get us warmed up and blended together. While the recipe changes from circle to circle, it generally involves collecting desires, prayers, affirmations, and intentions from everyone in the room. Then we place these ingredients, one by one, into a musical pot! Instruments welcome.
Next, we move into "Group Sing." During this segment, facilitators will teach simple heart-centered songs for the group to sing together. Other song shares are also welcome, if you feel called to bring one forward. Please let us know in advance when you RSVP.
Our circle closes with a "Song Bath." You’ll have the opportunity to immerse your entire body in the vibrations of loving words and harmonies, held by our collective hearts.
